You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To protect customer health and hygiene, products must be unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at vagrantecommerce@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the claim and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy where applicable.
Do not send a product back without return instructions. If a return is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a valid damage or defect claim is approved. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the order was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
